RAMIDA

Site Wiz has teamed up with Ramida, a highly experienced full-service excavation company that has been in operation for 25 years. Together we have a track record of successful projects, including the preparation of 3D models for Ramida to use during the excavation of the foundation for a multi-residential development. Additionally, we prepared a 3D model for the construction of a 2.5kmulti-usese trail that will connect the BC Ferries Terminal to the town center as part of the Mayne Island Regional Trail project.

Site Wiz has had the opportunity to work with Datoff, a respected general contracting services company founded in 1991, to provide data prep and surface modeling services. This included developing a 3D road model for use with Trimble Machine Control during the construction of a new municipal subdivision in Prince George, BC. Additionally, we supported Datoff with a 3D model of a parking lot, retaining walls, and sidewalks during the upgrading of the City Pool project

Multiple Projects

Finishline Transport, a well-respected trucking and expanding civil contracting company based in Victoria, enlisted Site Wiz for several of their major projects. For example, in the Lookout project, we created a 3D model for the foundation preparation and retaining wall and conducted multiple drone surveys for volume calculations. We also supported Finishline Transport with monthly drone surveys to track progress during a 70,000 cubic meter excavation for a 250-unit development in View Royal known as Aspire by Unitti.

Site Wiz is honored to provide data prep and surface modeling services to Northridge, a locally owned civil contracting company that is known for their expertise in site preparation and underground utilities. Our team was able to support their work by creating a high-quality 3D model for the detailed excavation and foundation preparation at the Royal Roads University Westshore Campus.

Site Wiz has had the pleasure of providing data modeling services to Stone Pacific, a locally owned and operated company in the Cowichan Valley since 2004. Stone Pacific has utilized our services for a variety of residential, industrial, and municipal projects, such as the Brentwood Bay Academic building where we created a 3D model for accurate foundation excavation. We also contributed to the North Shore Estates project by conducting extensive data preparation for utilities and creating a 3D model for roadway construction.

Site Wiz has built a strong relationship with Scansa, a company that shares our focus on providing high-quality service and attention to detail. We are proud to have worked together on numerous construction projects, including the Millstream and Bear Mountain Parkway, a major project in Langford that took over 15 months to complete. Site Wiz was responsible for all field layout, volume calculations, and as-built surveys during this project. We also oversaw field layouts during the construction and site servicing of the Children of the Island Daycare in Langford.

Currently, we are responsible for all field layout, volume calculations, and as-built surveys for the Olympic View Traffic Circle, a 12+ month infrastructure project in Colwood that we are excited to be a part of.
